Raspberry-Orange Banana Ice Cream

Raspberry-Orange Banana Ice CreamPrep Time: 5 minutes
Servings: approx. 4–6 servings


Ingredients:

  • 300 g frozen raspberries

  • 180 g frozen banana (approx. 1.5 medium bananas)

  • 180 g orange juice (not from concentrate)

  • 60 g pure maple syrup


Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor.

  2. Blend on high until the texture becomes creamy and smooth. This may take 1–3 minutes.

  3. Serve immediately as soft-serve or transfer to a container and freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer texture.

  4. Store leftovers in the freezer. Let sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before serving again.
