Protein Blueberry Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 200 g frozen blueberries

  • 150 g frozen banana (in slices)

  • 100 g Greek yogurt (plain or lactose-free)

  • 15 g vanilla protein powder

  • Optional: 1 tsp maple syrup or honey, if sweeter taste desired


Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until creamy and smooth.

  2. Serve immediately as soft-serve or transfer to a container and freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer texture.

  3. Let sit at room temperature for ~10 minutes before scooping if frozen longer.
